More than accepted- but

and I'm just asking questions here...

Is there a protected intellectual property to the _real_ biohazard
symbol, and if so, who's? and in what way does applying a marble-ized
texture map amount to changing this universal symbol to a unique
intellectual property?

Or are you applying for a 'association' sort of copyright?
